Prof. Dr. Abdel Moneim bin Abdul Salam Al Hayani, Professor in the Department of Anatomy and Embryology at the Faculty of Medicine at King Abdulaziz University, holds a PhD in Neuroanatomy (2001) from the University of Aberdeen in Britain. He also holds a diploma in forensic sciences (in 2002) from the University of Glasgow, Britain, in addition to certificates in medical education, forensic medical sciences and health services management from a number of other universities. He is a certified trainer in medical education, evaluation and measurement with a number of national and international centers. He is a member of a number of international scientific societies specialized in medical education and neurosciences, and a number of national and internal committees. His teaching experience extends to more than 18 years teaching anatomy and forensic medicine.

Prof. Dr. Abdel Moneim has a number of patents registered in the preparation and preservation of anatomical organs and treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. He has more than (60) published scientific research papers.

He rose in the career ladder at King Abdulaziz University, starting from the head of the anatomy department at the College of Medicine, then the Vice Dean of the College of Medicine for Quality and Development, until the University Vice Dean for Educational Affairs. His Excellency also held the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Ibn Sina National College For Medical Studies, and a membership of a number of boards of directors in a number of associations.

His Excellency currently holds the position of Undersecretary for University Education.

Dr. Marwan Mahmoud is an Associate Professor in Computer Engineering at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is working currently as a Manager of Educational Curriculum Center at King Abdulaziz University and a Consultant to the Vice-President of King Abdulaziz University for Educational Affairs. Also, He is a faculty member at the Applied College. He also serves as Chairman, Secretary, and a member of several committees concerned with developing the educational process and curricula at the University.

Husa Alangari is an Assistant Professor of Instructional Design and Technology at the School of Education in Princess Nourah University and a Teaching and e-Learning Consultant at the College of Business Administration and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at PNU. She received her MSEd and PhD in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University - Bloomington. Her research focuses on instructional design, technology integration, professional development, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and research methods. She is a recipient of the American Educational Research Association’s 2021 Outstanding International Research Collaboration Award and was a nominee for the 2019 Martin Luther King Jr. Building Bridges Award from Indiana University.

Dr. Dina AlHammadi has over 10 years of teaching and leadership experience. She was head of the CoOp department at the College of Computer and Information Sciences. She was head of the Information Technology department and later the Information Systems department. She is now the director for the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, and currently the acting vice dean for Training at the Academic Development Deanship.

She has acquired her computer science Bachelor's degree from King Saud University. Her Master's from King Saud University, thesis title was "Developing a Diabetes Mellitus Expert System". Her Ph.D. was granted from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. Her thesis was "Personality Recognition from Non-verbal Acoustic Cues: Bridging the Gap between Computer Science and Psychology".

Her research interests are Artificial Intelligence, Social AI, Personality Recognition, Human-Computer Interaction, and User Experience.

Dr. Gleason is the Director of the Hilary Ballon Center for Teaching and Learning and Associate Professor of Practice of Political Science at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD). Dr. Gleason previously directed the Centre for Teaching and Learning at Yale-NUS College in Singapore and taught at Tufts University in Boston, MA, USA. Dr. Gleason’s research focuses on the Fourth Industrial Revolution’s implications for higher education, workforce training, and the future of work. She has published widely in her field and is the editor of Higher Education in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Springer, 2018). Dr. Gleason completed her PhD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, her Master of Science from the London School of Economics, and her Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University.

Dr. Haifa Jamal Al-Lail is the President of Effat University, Jeddah Saudi Arabia. She was awarded a PhD in Public Policy from the University of Southern California. Before joining Effat University in 1998, she served as the first Dean of Girls' Campus in King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Haifa is a distinguished leader, respected academic, renowned advocate of youth engagement, and author of several articles; having also delivered many keynote speeches on women's education in the Middle East, women and change, entrepreneurship and business. Dr. Haifa is a winner of the 1000 Women for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2005. She is also the recipient of many awards such as the Innovation Award, Saudi Sayidaty, Queen Effat's Distinction Award, Leading Woman CEO, Distinguished Arab Woman Award, World Family Summit Award, and the Distinguished Arabian Woman Award. Dr. Haifa continues to work towards enhancing women's education throughout Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Ola Elshurafa is the Academic Development Consultant, Fellowship Advisor, and Accreditation Head at the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), at the Academic Development Deanship in Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU). Dr. Elshurafa holds a Doctorate in Education Leadership and has over 20 years of experience in the field of education where she has served various leadership roles. Dr. Elshurafa is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and a certified external examiner from Advance HE. Dr. Elshurafa’s research interests lie within the improvement of student learning and assessment in educational contexts, faculty continuous professional development, and best practice in education.

Dr. Raman is an Associate Professor at the School of Education and Modern Language in the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Malaysia. Dr. Raman is the Editor of the book titled ‘Redesigning higher education initiatives for industry 4.0’ and the author of chapter 15 in ‘IR 4.0 and Education System in Malaysia’. Dr. Raman’s research interests include educational technology, instructional technology and educational research methodology.

Dr. Raman is better known as an Educational Technologist and has written International articles and books which have been published at national and international levels. He is a member of a few Editorial boards for International Journals such as the Journal of International Education Studies, the International Journal of Education and Development using ICT, and the Journal of Studies in Education.

Ilham AlDakheel is a seasoned visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in diverse areas of expertise, which include: GF projects, restructuring or expansion of existing businesses, operation and management projects, building manpower capacity, and local and international JV arrangements. She has always aimed and succeeded in keeping 20 – 30% ROI in all her projects.

Sustainability and environment sensitivity has been always a priority to Dr. AlDakheel throughout her projects. She has represented the Saudi government in several international delegations. She also has a good track record of a positive reputation and high ethical and professional standards in both local and international communities.

Dr. Taghreed Al-Sudais is an Assistant professor of Curriculum and Teaching English as a foreign Language (TEFL) at the College of Education at Princess nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU). Dr. Al-Sudais was awarded the prize of ARAB BUREAU OF EDUCATION FOR THE GULF STATES in Research & Studies (22 January 2011). Dr. Al-Sudais is interested in applying thinking–based learning in twenty-first-century classrooms. She is driven to inspire others to work in alignment with the Saudi vision 2030, acknowledging the importance of value-based education and education for sustainable development. Dr. Al-Sudais is passionate about designing and deploying innovative approaches for Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies in the educational field.

Hiya Almazroa is a professor of science education and currently a Vic Rectorate of Research and Innovation at College of Education /PNU. A graduate of (USC), and a visiting scholar at TC/Columbia University and A&M University, served as director for a number of administrations including Graduate Studies and Research, Scientific Societies, Curriculum, Educational and Psychology Research, Student Teaching, in addition to Partnership Unit/ ECSME / King Saud University. On the national level she participated as Consultants for RCQEE (UNESCO) and for MOE. She was a founder member for National General Curriculum Framework and funded projects such as Science and Mathematics Education Evaluation Team. Dr. Hiya presents in international conferences such as NARST and ESERA. In addition to her authored translated books, she published more than thirty papers in journals and conferences in the following areas: science teaching, professional development, and assessment strategies.

Dr. Al-Swailem has a long experience in higher education with interest in the areas of strategic planning, academic development & leadership, assessment and accreditation, and others. He supervised and participated in many projects to develop long and short-term strategic plans for ministries, universities, and other institutions. In addition, he participated in many key studies and national reports related to higher education, such as; policies, governance, internationalization, quality assurance, alignment to the job market, enhancing efficiency, and improving performance.

He held several leadership positions at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) including; Dean of Admission & Registration, Dean of Engineering, and Dean of Faculty and Personnel Affairs.He was also the former Director of Academic Leadership Center at the Ministry of Education where he contributed to the development of academic leaders at Saudi Universities through the design, implementation, and assessment of training workshops and programs. In addition, he participated and delivered many professional and developmental seminars, training workshops, and forums.

Dr. Al-Swailem provided consultations to several institutions including The Ministry of education, Saudi universities, The Education & Training Evaluation Commission, non-for-profit organizations, and others. He also chaired and participated in many teams, taskforces, committees, boards, and professional associations.

He participated in the Intensive Advanced Leadership Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from University of Missouri- Columbia, USA and MS, BS from KFUPM, Saudi Arabia.

Amani Khalaf H. Alghamdi is a Professor at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. She is an award-winning scholar. Amani is wide published scholar and more than 40 Scopus publication and well known in the field of education in Saudi Arabia and abroad. Her research interest is multifaceted includes education and curricula in Saudi Arabia, analytical and critical thinking and their infusion in the teaching, online education and cultural manifestation, higher education, narrative research, critical multicultural education.

Dr. Amani has over 26 years of national and international teaching experience. She presented in various international conferences and is publishing in American, Canadian, Saudi and Australian high impact factors journals. The founder and first vice dean of the female section at the Faculty of Education at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University. Now Prof. Amani is the General secretary of the Scientific Council at IAU and the Chief Editor of the first Scientific Journal of Humanities and Education.

Jalal S. Alowibdi is a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Jeddah since 2011. Alowibdi completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is working on various complex problems in Social complexity Networks. His research interests lie in the area of Artificial Intelligence. Recently, he has focused on Data Mining and machine learning in Social Networks and Information Retrieval. He has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of computer science, particularly Big Data, Machine Learning and Social Computing. Currently, Alowibdi is the director of business Intelligent and data analysis at the ministry of Haj. Previously, Alowibdi was consultant to the ministry of education for social network and media as well as was the dean of knowledge resources at the University of Jeddah, the head of the Department of Computer Science and the CIO at the University of Jeddah.

Dr.Hebah ElGibreen is the Director of AI Center of Advanced Studies (Thakaa) at King Saud University and an Associate Professor at the Department of Information Technology, College of Computer and Information Sciences. She is also leading the female branch for the Center of Smart Robotics Research (CS2R) at the college; and held several leadership positions at King Saud University. Previously, she got her post-doc in robotics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and continued as research affiliate with the Mechanical Engineering department (MRL Lab) at MIT for four years. Her current research is focusing on improving collaborative robotics motions in a shared environment, looking for ways to integrate cognitive learning in order to apply innovative solutions that can be applied to more complex areas, including health and industry 4.0.
