Associate Professor – New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD)

Dr. Gleason is the Director of the Hilary Ballon Center for Teaching and Learning and Associate Professor of Practice of Political Science at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD). Dr. Gleason previously directed the Centre for Teaching and Learning at Yale-NUS College in Singapore and taught at Tufts University in Boston, MA, USA. Dr. Gleason’s research focuses on the Fourth Industrial Revolution’s implications for higher education, workforce training, and the future of work. She has published widely in her field and is the editor of Higher Education in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Springer, 2018). Dr. Gleason completed her PhD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, her Master of Science from the London School of Economics, and her Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University.

Dr. Raman is an Associate Professor at the School of Education and Modern Language in the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Malaysia. Dr. Raman is the Editor of the book titled ‘Redesigning higher education initiatives for industry 4.0’ and the author of chapter 15 in ‘IR 4.0 and Education System in Malaysia’. Dr. Raman’s research interests include educational technology, instructional technology and educational research methodology.

Dr. Raman is better known as an Educational Technologist and has written International articles and books which have been published at national and international levels. He is a member of a few Editorial boards for International Journals such as the Journal of International Education Studies, the International Journal of Education and Development using ICT, and the Journal of Studies in Education.

Prof. Bader AlSaleh

Bader A. Alsaleh, Ph.D., retired professor from King Saud University, Department of Instructional Technology, College of Education.

Qualifications: Ph.D. from Michigan State University in Instructional Design and Technology; Master in Instructional media from the University of Northern Colorado and Bachelor of Arts and Education from King Saud University.

Interests: in the application of instructional design theories and Models to the design of learning and training experiences, integrating instructional technology into teaching and learning, diffusion and adoption of instructional innovations and educational change management.

Distinguished Arab scholar granted by the Arab Association of Educational Technology (AAET), Cairo University, 2008.

Translated and co-translated into Arabic five books of which two were ‘21st Century Skills: Learning for Life in our Times’ 'Instructional Technology: Definition and Domains of the Field''.

Keynote speaker in conferences, forums, and meetings at the International, regional, and local levels.

Publishing and presenting papers at local & regional meetings.

Reviewing research studies, research projects, academic programs, and faculty promotion in Saudi and Arab universities.

Dr. Tahani Aldosemani

Senior consultant for Education and Training Evaluation Commission for the National Skills Projects

Dr Tahani I. Aldosemani is an associate professor of Educational Technology at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University and a former vice dean of Information Technology and Distance Education at the same university. She has a PhD in Educational Technology from the University of Wyoming, USA, and she is a member of multiple educational technology associations such as AECT and ICEM. Dr Tahani was a member of multiple educational national and international professional associations.

Dr Tahani has received several international awards and recognitions in E-learning and educational research and has many publications in Educational Technology. She implemented many successful initiatives in education, presented at different conferences and seminars, and workshops on technical and soft skills. Dr Tahani designed a curriculum for autodidactic learning of soft skills through Massive Open Online Courses MOOCs. She worked as a Senior Consultant at the Saudi Ministry of Education and and served as Co-chair for the G20 2020 Education group.
